Backflip Studios added a Customer Support Portal to aid in communicating with the fans and players of their games.

They have an official main page which lists the few most recent issues or concerns for all their games, as well as game specific sub-boards or sections with archives of past messages.

The SpellFall main-board is located here. Currently, the only sub-board is the FAQ board.

Members of the community have an option to sign up to receive emails directly from Backflip Studios whenever a new post is added to the Customer Support Portal. Registration to receive these messages can be found here.
